Love, Love, Love
One of my favorite things to do for awhile now is finding positive quotes. It's one of the reasons that I wanted to start blogging again. I wanted to share what I found with others. Quotes or personal mantras have a way to bringing the mind back to a positive mindset at any moment.
I found some amazing ones on dailyburn.com, and I wanted to share these with you along with a paired mudra. As I think about these each week, I want you to know how much consideration I put into these. I hope these set you up for weekly successes in all avenues of your life.
***By the way, if you aren't yet acquainted with Gabrielle Bernstein, I highly recommend looking her up. She is a self proclaimed 'spirit junkie'. Her work has impacted my life.
For the first manta, I recommend the Gyan Mudra (used for insight or knowledge). It's probably the most recognized. Simply touch the tips of your thumb and forefinger together while keeping the remaining three fingers extended.
The second mantra is a bit lengthy for meditating on, but if you want to give it a shot, I'd recommend the Buddhi Mudra (used for internal dialogue). You perform this mantra by touching the pink and thumb together while extending the other three fingers.
Please let me know how you like these. Have a fantabulous week.
Peace & Love,
Nikki
